Ferro Ignique was founded in the dark winter nights of 1995 by Thronn and James to celebrate uncompromising black metal. With the recruitment of Heide, Neph and Fluch, a complete line-up was ready for the first time in 1997. After several line-up changes, Ferro Ignique now consists of the permanent members:
